RLCE Announces Bold Initiative to Help Inland Empire Businesses Grow to New Heights!
When the Randall W. Lewis Center for Entrepreneurship marked its $1 Billion milestone recently, the message was clear: the work is not yet done.
The next chapter is about scale.
Introducing Race to Scale: The Sprint to Seven Figures - a focused initiative designed to help established businesses break through one of the most critical growth barriers in entrepreneurship: the leap to $1 million in annual revenue.

Over the years, the Inland Empire entrepreneurial ecosystem has helped thousands of businesses launch, stabilize, and grow. But a consistent challenge remains. Many businesses reach a point where they are generating steady revenue, often between $500K and $800K annually, yet struggle to scale beyond that level. This is what the Race to Scale initiative is designed to address.

By 2030, RLCE aims to accelerate 100 businesses to reach $1 million in annual revenue.
The initiative will work with businesses that have already proven their model but need the right support to expand their reach, increase capacity, and unlock the next phase of growth. These are not early-stage startups. They are businesses with traction, customers, and revenue, ready to move from stability to scale. The Race to Scale is designed as a high-velocity growth accelerator, providing specialized technical assistance tailored to the realities of scaling a business. Recognizing that every business grows differently, participants will engage in targeted tracks aligned with their specific growth needs.
